Winston is the man! He met us right outside of JFK with the car, which was very clean and had zero issues throughout our stay. Winston went above and beyond by purchasing an extra car seat for our toddler prior to meeting us. He was quick to reply and very courteous and professional throughout our stay. We cannot recommend him enough!

Reggie contacted me during his trip to let me know the oil level was lower than expected. I apologized for the inconvenience and advised him to purchase oil, keep the receipt, and I would reimburse him as soon as he provided it.
For clarity, the vehicle was not out of oil. If it had been, it would not have been able to complete the drive from N.Y to Virginia. The oil level was lower than it should have been, and once I was made aware of it, I took steps to address the issue and cover the cost.
Incredibly seamless pick up and drop off! Winston met us at the airport which saved us having to go anywhere extra. Thank you thank you! Will be booking again

Winston was very accommodating and communicated well. Personally delivered the vehicle to me with a smile and a handshake and accommodated me being an hour early to return, even having one of his people get me to the airport on time. Would rent from Winston anytime!
