Biggest thing I didn’t like was checkin part waiting 25 mins to verify my license before she gives the code to the box after getting dropped off with Uber

Ebone, the code was sent late because you did not provide your driver’s license until about 15 minutes after the trip started. I must verify the license before giving access to the vehicle. Better communication with the host and sending required information on time would have prevented the delay. The brakes are new; the temporary squeaking was from rain/wet brakes. The car is in great condition and has consistently received 5-star reviews and positive feedback from previous guests.
