Excellent experience from start to finish! The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy. Communication was great throughout the trip, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free Turo experience.

Car had the check engine light on when I picked it up. Owner said it was nothing to worry about, probably a loose gas cap. The next day it started shaking and lost power at a red light and I had to pull over. Called the owner, he asked me to take it to a mechanic and he would reimburse me… called Turo. They were going to send a tow truck but owner said he would pick it up instead. Turo will not not get me another car until he gets his. I spent hundreds in ride shares for that day/night and the next day. I missed an entire day of my vacation because I could not get to my next destination due to him not getting his broken down car because “I put ave instead of dr on the address” (there is only one option in this city.) and he had a drs appt the next morning. Nevermind the huge headache, cost and inconvenience for me. He couldn’t be bothered. I spent over an hour on the phone with Turo to get only some of my money back. I’m still negative from the Ubers, late check out and missed non refundable excursion trips. I DO NOT recommend this vehicle or owner and will rethink using Turo despite being a big fan and customer of the app for years.

The host was wonderful and provided great information and details about the car. The car itself was lovely and a great drive. Would love to rent from this host again!
