The host was nice. The car was okay, but I had to pay more than $20 to pick the car up from the garage due to the car was there early so it cost me $40 to pick it up. I turned the car back in two days later and still had to pay full price for the car which I no longer needed for my business trip because the company provided transportation which I did not know.

Shelly was a great guest, but her review is misleading & inaccurate. She booked a fully non-refundable trip. As a host, TURO doesn’t allow me to offer a refund or shorten a trip when it’s booked as non-refundable. Shelly was fully aware of this. Regarding the small airport parking fee to exit, it is communicated right at booking. When a guest arrives several hours after their scheduled time they are responsible for the additional fee. Guests, book with confidence, my vehicle is in amazing shape!
Mike was great and very informative with everything! He was very prompt to answer when I reached out. The car was great!! No issues at all!!! Would definitely book with him for next trip!
