The car ran great and was very smooth. Aside from having to ask host for details on parking (what lot/aisle) when I landed, I have no complaints.
** The back car seats do NOT lay flat/flush with the drunk - this made loading what I needed to into the car a little more difficult than I expected but not a deal breaker.

Thanks for the review, Mercer! Glad the Escape ran well. Pickup details (lot, aisle, row, color) are always listed right in the Turo app check-in instructions. I repeatedly adjusted my personal schedule to accommodate your delayed arrival and morning extension. While the rear seat design is standard Ford manufacturing, I’m glad it wasn't a deal breaker. Safe travels!
The Ford Escape we rented was excellent, and having it delivered to our preferred location significantly enhanced the experience. The host also maintained exceptional communication throughout.

My first time experience with this program and host was wonderful. The process was easy they were even able to deliver and pick up right to my home. The vehicle ran very smoothly and was very clean and had little extras like plugs, charging cord, phone holder. I will definitely recommend as well as use again in future.
