I have never written a negative review. This is the first time.
The car has a foul smell that will not go away. We had the car professionally cleaned, and the smell did not go away. The car is not as advertised. It has scrapes, dents and scratches on all four sides. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The pictures posted at the airport are not accurate. Worst rental I’ve ever had. Beware.

In this case, the vehicle was returned with damage that was documented through Turo's claims process. The guest did not report any issues with the vehicle during the trip and did not report the damage upon return. The vehicle has received positive feedback from many other renters, and we remain committed to providing a safe, reliable vehicle and a great experience for all future guests.

Car pick up/drop off was very easy. Host communicated great and was also attentive. Only downside was the mildew smell but other than that great car to get you where you need to go. Would book again from the host.
