Thank you, Jack. I do want to clarify one point for future guests: the rearview mirror was not malfunctioning. The 2023 Nissan Rogue is equipped with an automatic anti-glare/auto-dimming rearview mirror, which is designed by Nissan to darken depending on surrounding light and headlights behind the vehicle. I understand it may feel unusually dark if you are not familiar with this feature, but it is normal operation, not a defect. Thank you again for your rental.
John was a great host and very communicative! He was very accommodating for a long road trip and walked me every step of the way for any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend or book with again!
