The car was great. It didn't have any issues. I messaged the host a few times about replacing the wipers when I had brought the car back from previous rentals. I was told they were replaced but never were. I replaced them myself because it was raining. I ask about being reimbursed and never got a response.

We have consistently provided you with our lowest discounted rate and serviced the vehicle every time you brought it in. On multiple occasions including your most recent visit we had vipers and filters ready to install and you declined the service because you were in a hurry…without opportunity to complete the maintenance we can be responsible for items that were scheduled to be addressed. After receiving this 3 star review from you we believe it’s best we not continue this rental relationship
