The vehicle itself was nice and clean. However, shortly after picking it up, I received a call informing me that the oil had not been changed and was at only 8%, which is extremely low for the 13-hour road trip my family and I were about to take.
We were asked to stop and have the oil changed, which meant getting up earlier than planned and making an additional stop in another town. The process took over 30 minutes in the heat with our children, which was frustrating and put a damper on the start of our trip.
I do appreciate that Evan handled the situation professionally and kindly. As a gesture of goodwill, he waived the requirement for us to refuel the vehicle upon our return, and that was appreciated. While the customer service was good, the vehicle should have been properly serviced before it was rented out.

I absolutely loved this vehicle! I drive an older model GMC Acadia so it was fun driving a newer and nicer one! They were very accommodating and very helpful. Great experience!
