Honestly, I had a really unfortunate experience with the vehicle itself, but the host was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the entire situation. The vehicle broke down during my trip, and he stayed communicative and worked with Turo to help get everything resolved. He even offered to personally send me the difference in the refund when Turo wasn’t going to refund the full amount. I really appreciate how he handled a stressful situation and did everything he could to make it right. Thank you again for being so understanding!
