I do not have enough space to put how exceptionally amazing my experience was. We had a pick up and drop off at our location and it was extremely tricky. Kim was amazing so clear and directive and so helpful very responsive. She was amazing and the car drove perfectly well. Breaks were awesome, and so clean. I will only rent from her moving forward.

Kim is AWESOME! She's super attentive, collaborative, and helpful. She is also highly responsive. The car was immaculate and the gas was full upon pick up. I would definitely rent from her again. The car is in perfect condition and well-maintained.
