It was a great car. I rented it for a month, but they need to have better maintenance on this car. They didn’t put oil in the car and I rented it for a month and when I told them the oil is low and the car is acting up. The guy started going back-and-forth with me. And these people try to get damages and make it a big thing when there’s not an issue.

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, this reservation was for 15 days, not one month. When the oil/service concern was reported, we took it seriously and Michael drove approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes one way to meet you and address the concern in person. Upon return, the vehicle was excessively dirty, and three nails were subsequently found across two tires. We take vehicle maintenance seriously and make every effort to address concerns promptly and professionally.
