The initial pick up was smooth, and the host was polite. But it is clear the vehicle lacks basic consistent maintenance. While driving, it stalled out twice and the brake rotors are severely degraded, both issues creating major safety hazards. I had to cancel my reservation early and request a tow truck through Turo due to the vehicle being unsafe to drive. Following this, the host submitted a refueling fee, which violates Turo policy for prematurely ending trips due to breakdowns. He became hostile when I requested the fee be dismissed and falsely accused me of faking the issues to avoid driving the car back. Renters beware of the lack of attention to safety risks in his vehicles.

Take a look at my reviews and see how I treat my guests and how well i keep the maintenance on my cars, I was never hostile, I just stated that the car was fine and that you made up lies not to bring the car back to me costing me $350 in tow.
