All good. Host has been courteous enough. Handling of unexpected situation such as my predicament of losing my own driving license 24 hrs before pickup wasn't frequent enough an occurrence for the host to have experience or in a position to suggest ways to overcome the challenge. Nor is Turo's support team trained adequately to be helpful or give useful ideas in my situation. So ultimately I had to be creative to work around the issue. Turo's human team could clearly improve to make this a 5* rating from me.
