The car was in excellent condition and rode very smoothly. I was able to handle all of my business needs and Elie made the experience very easy and enjoyable. I will be returning again in the future!

Communication was very good, but that’s where it ended. The car wasn’t ready upon arrival, so I waited about 30-45 minutes. The car condition was clean, but the air conditioner was not working. This was very uncomfortable on the day it was very hot driving for hours. I originally thought the owner was nice, but then when I asked if any refund could be given for the problems endured, he argued with me why he could not do that. I finally gave up and will just use a known car company going forward.

After the trip, I received multiple requests and harassment from you for compensation outside of Turo's resolution process. The vehicle was inspected and no AC issue was found. I remained professional throughout our communication and made every effort to address your concerns fairly. I encourage future guests to review my overall ratings and rental history when considering my vehicles.

Best customer service. Hit few snags during the time (i.e. locked myself out) and Elie was on top of it in min with multiple recommendations to get the spare keys to me. He def. goes above and beyond. And the car was just as described.
