A mistake mixing up AM

Excellent vehicle with no issues during pickup. Travelled with kids - car seats provided although parents have to adjust and fasten as needed so allow extra time to do so. Caution - drop off at CVG garage so allow a LOT of extra time to find a parking spot to return vehicle so y'all don't miss your flights (took me almost 30 mins to find a spot). Great host and excellent vehicle.

first time time to use Turo for car rental… the host is very accommodating, responsive to questions and gave instructions as to how to pickup and dropped off the car… even allow to extend our time without charge…. the only issue i have is there’s no carplay where i can see my navigation on the front dashboard…i have to keep looking down on my phone for navigation which is unsafe…but overall good experience for first timer using Turo

Thanks for the feedback, we have checked and car play does work and it requires a compatible cable to work properly
Car was not in the spot where it was said to be, but we were able to find it within about 10 minutes. Overall, rental was good. Did have a rock hit the front windshield and crack it. Host was helpful in aiding in the fix.
