This car was a substitute for a Denver rental that broke down in Ft. Collins. James was immediately responsive, cheerfully rolled with the very last-minute booking, and even tried to accommodate an early pickup so that we could continue on our way before dark. He recommended a good place to wait while he got the jeep ready. The car was clean and reliable, perfect for our long journey. Best of all, James & his wife went above & beyond the call of duty, allowing us to return the car a fair distance from their usual spot, saving us from what could have been a real travel headache. If ever I find myself in the area again, honestly I'd search out this host in particular before searching Turo in general. Honest and helpful, the way people should be!
