Pick up was easy to locate and instructions were clear . Great on gas but it was a loud sound of rumbling maybe it’s just the cars engine of the type of car but otherwise smooth ride

Thanks Sunsharay!
This was an excellent experience! The car was clean, drove very smoothly and was absolutely perfect for our trip. From them again. Thank you for a great trip!

Car made a loud noise while driving

Car was generally as described / pictured. There were some stains and damage to the interior that weren’t noted, however we didn’t necessarily mind this. There was a fairly strong smoke smell in the car upon pickup. Communication with the host was great and they always responded quickly. They allowed us to change our drop off time and location which was very convenient.
