Tiarra was a great host overall and the vehicle was very reliable for our long family road trip. Pickup was smooth, although there was a short wait for the key instructions compared to the usual immediate process. The car drove extremely well, even through bad weather and mountain conditions, which made us feel safe during a very long drive.
Communication was consistent throughout the trip. The only slightly uncomfortable moment for me was receiving direct messages about speed after driving on a spare tire after an unexpected blowout. I understood the concern for the vehicle, but it felt a little awkward in the moment after trying to safely get my family home and keep up with traffic flow.
Overall, I would still book with Tiarra again if needed and appreciate her being a responsive host.
