Just wasn’t a good overall experience I expected from Turo

This guest tried to say the tire was flat and he wanted a tow, and he just kept driving the car around. I told him to take it to a shop and I would pay for it. He took the car and the tire shop said that there was nothing wrong with the tire. He proceeded to go on his 9 day trip with ZERO issues. Then I even offered to let him bring back the car the next day, which he gladly said yes to. This is a great car, and this guy should be named Karen. Don’t rent to him he isn’t welcome back again.
