Safe pick up location. Gas saver, but tire problems that was unknown that occurred

Indicated there was a problem with the vehicle. When we got it back, we cannot identify or duplicate the sound that she said that she heard coming from one of the tires. We took it to Tire Discounters as well as Blue Collar Automotive. They had it for two days and could not find any issues. ??
