Car was clean and pickup was easy. My only complaint is that I got a call the afternoon before my reservation and the host said the car I booked wasn't available. I had to take the replacement car they offered since it was last minute but it was an older and smaller car and I didn't get any sort of discount or reimbursement for the mix-up.
