The quality of the vehicle was good. Far as location of pickup and return was convenient. The pickup and return process was easy and simple. This was my first time getting a vehicle from him but I definitely will do it again. With the time I chose to pick up and return he made me aware I would be paying for 2 days so he showed me how to change trip on app. Which I appreciate. Showed great customer service.. Customer service goes a long way. Thank you!
