The car was great, no issues. There was one issue I had was that there could have been more clearer instructions on getting to the parking lot from the airport to pick up the car. In the instructions that are given to you, it does not state to let the shuttle driver know that you need to be dropped off at the Airport Gate Parking. If you don’t tell the driver, they will drop you off at the Fox place since it is a Fox shuttle. Also, in the instructions, it states that you can take the Westin shuttle but I asked a driver when they got to the pickup area and they stated they do not provide services to the gate parking even though the hotel is right next to the parking lot. You do receive a picture of the confirmation receipt and keys that has directions to tell the driver to drop you off at the parking area on the top of the confirmation receipt but I didn’t get that information until after the experience occurred.
Dropping off the vehicle was not an issue. You drop the keys off and you actually wait near the Westin hotel area and not the area that we were dropped off by the Fox shuttle when picking up the car.
Another issue I had was when I messaged them in the middle of the trip about how the shuttle would work when dropping off the vehicle, they sent me information about how to pick up the vehicle instead. It looked like they were still trying to figure everything out.
Overall, I give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars only because of the pick up shuttle situation. I have used Turo several times now and never had a problem picking up my car until now. Nothing crazy happened but wanted to make sure that future Turo users ensure that they let the driver know to be dropped off at the Airport Gate Parking.

The shuttle service is operated by the parking facility, so unfortunately we don’t have control over their routes or timing. However, we always send detailed instructions ahead of time and will continue improving them to make the process even clearer.
