The car was fantastic as it was comfortable & plenty of space for our 3 large cases & 2 small cases. But if you required more room the you could also put the back seat down as well. The car is well maintained we had zero issues.
The Host Susan was a amazing see was a lifesaver as my previous host before cancelled our trip just as we landed in LAX, I contacted Susan within less than 12hrs notice and the trip was approved and the car waiting at the pick up point.
Would highly recommend Susan the host if you want a hassle free trip.
