Great experience from start to finish! Ryan made pickup and return near LAX quick and easy, which was perfect after a flight with two kids. The Tiguan was spotless, smelled fresh, and drove great. It had plenty of room for our family of four and all our luggage, and it was comfortable for everything from LA traffic to the drive up the coast to Malibu. Communication was fast and friendly the whole trip. Highly recommend this car and host, and we’d happily rent again on our next LA visit!

You can tell the car wasn’t clean before I got it and it smelled bad.
Otherwise, it was fine

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Just to clarify: every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before pickup, no exceptions, so this one’s a bit surprising to hear. We stand behind our prep process, but we appreciate the feedback and hope the rest of the trip lived up to expectations!
Very nice car, would definitely rent again. The process was easy and quick, no issues
