Pickup was super easy and the video helped a lot. Drop-off was easy too, but the address provided took us to the back of the building instead of the front—still easy to find our way around though. The car drove great and was good on gas. Would definitely rent again!

Great reliable vehicle. Plenty of trunk space, if you aren’t using third row seat. If it’s your first time flying into LAX, as it was ours, give yourself self about 1 hour to pickup after landing and drop off, due to traffic and extremely large airport. I gave myself 30mins for both and it wasn’t enough….but Thomas (host) is super helpful and understanding to provide you with necessary options. Be sure to thoroughly read pickup and drop off instructions and watch the same instructions via video link provided by host to make the drop off and pickup process even smoother. Overall we had great experience with the vehicle and host!!!
