The car was okay overall, but it would jerk when I was trying to stop. The pickup location was easy to find.
Unfortunately, communication with the host was very slow. I had a family emergency and needed to end my trip early. I messaged the host, and although the messages were read, I didn’t receive a response until several hours later—after I had already returned the car to the original pickup location. There were also no clear instructions on how to properly return the car early.
I was told to reach out to the host’s assistant for help, but despite my messages being read, I never received a response. I eventually had to message the host again through Turo and was told the assistant was off.
Overall, there was minimal assistance when I needed it and poor communication throughout the process.

Our responses through the app are usually immediate, but it seems like you may have texted the wrong number. We also send the drop-off instructions one day before the trip ends. Since you ended your trip two days early, we didn’t know you were planning to return the car early, so we weren’t able to send you the instructions.
Also, we answer our calls 24/7, so you could have called us anytime if you needed assistance. 😊
