Great car and host

The car was great, ran smoothly, clean. Finding the car was easy. Just a quick shuttle ride. The keyless entry made pick up so easy. Definitely recommend. Would book again.

I told the host to deliver the car after we arrive at the airport so we have the grace period to pick up the car so we can avoid 20$ for the parking lot he completely ignored it. we picked up the on a Sunday we told the host that the windshield is cracked and and its causing Glare and Distortion. I requested him to response since we won't be back in town till Thursday he didn't response at all which caused us big inconvenience I was very disappointed.

The car is fine but there was a coolant leak that I had to manage which really was a major headache to have to be concerned about, when renting a car you shouldn’t have to think about mechanical problems.
I noticed a spare jug of coolant in the trunk when I picked up the car which I asked
the host why this was there as I found it concerning and he told me to disregard it. several days in I started getting coolant level low codes and it was significantly lower than the minimum, meaning there is a significant leak. And on top of all of this the coolant was the wrong type (pink vs blue) for this car and I had to make sure from the host they were aware of this before I added it into the coolant system and get their written approval to do it. They were not very responsive, not that helpful and either unaware of the potentials issues their car has OR were willfully ignorant.
Would not use this car again. Maybe their other cars are fine.
