Car was excellent, in good shape. Host was helpful and courteous. Location was easy to find, once i got detailed instructions.

Last minute rental when another turo host canceled on me, they were able to accommodate. Car was clean, drove nice. Check in was smooth and quick! Only small complaint, they require you to park on the 5th floor of the parking garage when you return the car and the elevator is broken so I had to carry luggage down 5 flights. Not sure how long it’s been broken though
