This was not a well maintained car or a good experience.
The steering wheel is ripped, the outside of the passenger door trim was flapping and the drivers seat is uncomfortable and had ill fitting cover.
Beyond the interior not being clean, the delivery information was not sent and was left scrambling to find the key and ticket from a late flight. No lockbox - just an unlocked car and us struggling to locate to leave. The only reason I rented this is that it was a hybrid with gas prices being so high but would not recommend renting this.

You start to communicate after the trip trying to squeeze us out to get partial refund on exchange with a5 stars review which we like to earn it not to trade it
About lockbox :LAX BUDGET PARKING is not allowing hosts to use lockboxes any more to reduce car thefts
It allows only remote unlocking and that’s what what we do
