Quality - car was exceptionally clean in the interior and exterior.
Pick-Up - specific offsite details to pick up and drop off were given and easy to follow.
Alex renewed the Premium Connectivity right away as it had expired but it took overnight for it to register on the vehicle.
Tesla App - herein lies the problem and hence the loss of a star. You have no access to the app so no ability to leave the car to see how fast/slow the charging is going. Preferences if you already own a Tesla and have the app aren’t there either. So we really didn’t use the car much because of the inability to monitor from a distance the charging so we could walk away. There is a guest setting in the app but we figure it might have something to do with the FSD that is included in that you are not paying extra. Right now the car is updated to v.14 Lite which is good and it will try to update at chargers when a new version comes out. Otherwise that was the only inconvenience. The car was in great condition otherwise!

Alex was very responsive, helpful and understanding for my change of schedule. If I had a question, he would answer it pretty fast.
We came in the afternoon and finding the car was seem-less. Car was extremely clean and well taken care of. Had enough charge to get us through the days we needed it. Drove smooth and had no issues.
Highly recommend renting from Alex and his Tesla.
