Vehicle was parked at a parking lot that was said buses run every 10-15 minutes which was not right. Waited for bus for over 35 minutes. I was told car was in the middle of the row, when in fact the vehicle was at the end of the row. I was lugging car seats and luggage expecting it was a short walk but each row is about a football field length. I was told car would only cost at max $20 for parking, but it was $40 (Turo did refund me). I messaged host about all these issues but gave up with no response on any of them except for the parking fee hours later.

Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that the shuttle service and wait times are operated by the parking facility and are outside of the host’s control. The parking signs clearly state that parking fees range from $20 to $40. We always do our best to provide accurate pickup information and assist our guests promptly.
Excellent experience! The car was super clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient. Highly recommended!

The tires were bald, and we were not able to use the vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. We have already replaced the tires. We also offered you three different solutions, and in the end you got a replacement vehicle of the same model. We always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
