Car quality and host were great. Pick up location wasn't. It was our first time to the Fox Park parking on Century blvd and the Fox parking shuttle driver was not familiar with the turo parking situation. He dropped us at a different parking lot we had to walk a half mile to get to the car when we started the trip. If you do not see the Westin hotel, you are not in the right place and need to ask the driver to take you to the outdoor parking lot.
This model y does not have a full self drive subscription. Some of the comments led me to believe it did and I was very excited to try it.
The car average 250 watt hours per mile for the trip which is very economical. There was a CCS adapter included.
I would happily rent it again.

Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed the car. We apologize for the pickup confusion—that parking lot is run by a third party, so we don't control their shuttle. Also, sorry for the FSD misunderstanding. Hope to host you again!
The service from the team is good, car is in good condition, however, the shuttle for the parking lot they used is extremely slow and we had to wait a long time which was not a good experience and delayed our scheduled events. The car used to have FSD when we last rent but not offered anymore is also a disappointment this time.

Thank you for your feedback. The shuttle service is operated by a third-party parking provider, not directly by us. Regarding Full Self-Driving, the vehicle is equipped with the feature, but it requires manual activation through the Tesla settings if you wish to use it during your rental.
