I really enjoyed this car and the rental experience. Victor was very responsive and happy to troubleshoot any of the minor issues—and the FSD is a killer feature for the car.
The charging ports were not very functional in our experience, though this is my first experience with this model car, so that may be more of the car model issue.
The only complaint I really had is the cleanliness of the car. While clean overall, the upholstery was a bit stained and the seat covers could use some cleaning as well. There was a leftover hair tie in the cupholder and the windows had a lot of streaking.

Car was fine but the windows looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. And the windshield wiper fluid was empty ,so I couldn't clean the exterior windshield while driving on the highway.
