This has been a terrible experience. I rented this car for a little over a month, but I was only able to use it for about a month. The vehicle suddenly malfunctioned, and my newborn baby and I ended up trapped inside the car. We were only able to get out by using the emergency release. The host said he would provide me with a replacement vehicle, but even after a full day, he still hasn’t provided one. He also cannot give me a clear timeframe for when I will receive a replacement and has simply asked me to keep waiting. From the moment this happened until now, the host has not said a single word of apology. Instead, he has only tried to shift responsibility and avoid accountability.

The car’s camera and gps stopped working in the middle of the trip and in order to fix it I would have had to go to the Tesla shop to fix it but I didn’t have time. Otherwise, great speedy responses.
