Guest never brought up or complained at all about any charging issue. The battery pack was replaced two months ago and the charge holds up fine. Sentry is often active in the evenings and that causes battery draining but within reason. As far as the rear passenger door not fully raising up, the guest let us know and we provided a solution to override the door while we ordered a new sensor for the rear passenger door.
