The host was wonderful that wasn’t the problem my problem was the car looks nothing like the pic at all I was so disappointed it was for daughters graduation pictures the sunroof was cracked in pieces it had mildew inside the car the door barely opened so we heard a noise when driving letting us know about the door that made noise the whole time of are trip so that’s why I gave a 1 star they need to upgraded it
