The car was clean and in great condition. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and easy. Unfortunately, we were involved in a minor parking lot accident during our trip, but Turo’s customer service was very helpful and guided us through the entire process. We had purchased the minimum protection plan, and after this experience, I’d definitely recommend getting at least some insurance coverage for your trip. It gave us peace of mind when the unexpected happened.
