It was my first time so i didn’t receive pickup procedure earlier but no worries it was a good experience ? Why not pickup the car directly @airport parking ? if I may ask

I was picked up and dropped off to the car and dropped off to my destination after dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was excellent for getting me around town for my short little trip to LA. I would rent from them again. I also had to extend a couple hours and I was able to keep the car five more hours no problem. Communication was very good!
