Host were amazing! Directions were very detailed but be patient for the shuttle, they will get there eventually. Car was nice and cleaned

This car is not located at LAX. They make you takes a shuttle which comes once every 30 minutes. I got outside at 10:10, I didn’t get picked up until 10:40 and the hosts were completely unhelpful, telling me to call the place directly. Then you have to take the shuttle all the way around - all in all probably added an hour to the trip. I also couldn’t get the car to sync with my iPhone which was super annoying.

Unfortunately, shuttle schedules, airport traffic, and LAX pickup regulations are outside of the host’s control. Turo and LAX policies do not allow hosts to deliver vehicles directly at the terminal gates or short-term parking areas.
We provided the pickup instructions and approved parking location in advance and always try to make the process as smooth as possible for our guests.
