Firstly, the car was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the car. It’s comfortable and classic.
Through the car was great, the host wasn’t the best. Normally when you pick up a car at LAX you have to take a bus to a lot to pick up the vehicle. But for whatever reason the host insisted on someone picking us up to take us to the car. Normally I wouldn’t be care but we had to wait outside the airport for 1hr 30mins. She called this a “vip experience“ needless to say I was awfully upset. For that reason I would probably never rent from this Turo host again.

I’m glad you enjoyed the car! You booked your trip just two hours before pickup, and we did our best to wash the car and bring it to you as quickly as possible despite heavy rush-hour traffic. Yes, there was a wait, but we made every effort to get the car to you as soon as possible so you could receive it earlier rather than take the shuttle to the parking lot.
