I was a little hesitant in booking with LA AutoSpot as they weren’t listed as an all star host, but our trip was great! Very good communication throughout our trip. The pickup spot for the shuttle is right above the baggage claims so that is very convenient! Our SUV was immaculate-brand new with 900 miles on it. We took the FOX shuttle to get our car but took the Westin Hotel shuttle back as that shuttle was waiting at the hotel when we dropped off the car. The walk to the Westin is less than a minute, literally right next to the LA Auto Spot pickup/drop off lot on Century Blvd. I won’t hesitate to book with them again! Thank you for a very good experience.
