We had issues with the seatbelt indicator, it went off constantly. We had to secure every available seatbelt in the vehicle (empty seats) just to stop the incessant noise. A message was sent about it but absolutely nothing was done to resolve the problem on the host end! We spent over $300 and we had to deal with that as well as the rough ride of the vehicle itself. The vehicle sounds like a tuneup is needed and the drive was not at all smooth. It also was not thoroughly cleaned as you can see from the pickup photos. There was a uncleaned food spot on the dash, what appeared to be a drink spill streaks on the passenger door.
The check in experience was absolutely atrocious, the location is disgusting and reeks of urine, it felt unsafe.
Overall we were very disappointed with the experience especially for the money spent!

False claim. This car is from 2026. This is a retaliatory review because they want their money back since we don't deliver cars to the terminals. It violates Turo, FAA, and LAX rules. I took this car to the dealership, and they found nothing. The car is in perfect condition. I don't know how much they paid, but I only received $170. This guest started complaining even before they took possession of the car. Check all the reviews of the other guests. No issues.
