Everything was just as my son said it was excellent experience beside the fact that somethings were a little confusing because it was my first time, but Chloe was very helpful with check in with information as well as with the vehicle operations and maintenance. She also was very responsive when I had questions And offered pertinent information. I’ve never driven that maker model and I was seriously consider purchasing one..

Chloe is an amazing host! This was my first time and even with me messing up the pickup date by a whole 24 hours she was still accommodating. The pickup/dropoff was easy with her instructions and I will definitely rent from her again if flying in to LAX.
