Car quality excellent and host is responsive. Shuttle is a problem when I pick up and return the car. The parking is using a different parking shuttle and driver is very secretive about it. Also when I returned the car, I waited long time for the shuttle then had to take uber. I used Turo before at lax and pickup/dropoff was much easier.

Turo has certain lots permitted for LAX pickup / drop off as hosts are not allowed to leave vehicles on the airport premises.
Guest was provided with a link to Turo’s LAX guidelines upon booking and could have canceled if he did not agree with the rules provided.
In addition, he never informed me as the host of any issue with pickup/drop off. Most adults use their words when there is a problem.
