Vehicle was great. Clean, worked well, all as advertised.
They only offer delivery in a three mile radius. Not a big deal. But then the day before they message me to tell them when I’m 20 minutes away.
Then again 30 minutes prior to pick up time they ask to be notified 20 minutes prior to arrival.
So I did. Then I arrive on time (2 minutes prior to pick up time).
But then they showed up 17 minutes later.
It bothers me when they message me multiple times to arrive on time and give them warning, which I do and follow all their instructions but then they can’t be on time.
My kids were waiting for me with my wife at a Starbucks and I found it disrespectful for them to be so concerned with me arriving on time but then can’t also show up at the same time.
The vehicle was great but I would not recommend them from a service stand point.
If they are going to delivery a vehicle they should learn to be on time or not offer the service.

Wow, best rental ever! This car was top notch and host was flexible with flight delays we had. Easiest pick up and return ever. Will absolutely use again

Completely satisfied with the pick up and drop off of the vehicle along with the staff that is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely rent one of their cars again in the future.
