Original Mercedes Benz wasn’t available due to previous customer crashing it. Had to be stuck at lax airport for two hours almost no car and missed my business meeting which is unprofessional. Host provided new car Lincoln suv however the back right axle / tire made noise upon turning / driving. Very dangerous and will not book from host again major safety issue. Host doesn’t pick up the phone to speak to customer but only chats via message in Turo. Shame. Also Turo left me without a car first day and never updated me with another host had to call them over n over until they made it right. Left me as a customer hanging with missed meetings , no ride and no inconvenience reimburse. Will fully file a class action lawsuit
