We had a good experience overall. The car drove great—super smooth and no issues at all. Only thing was there was a bit of an odor inside, which wasn’t the best with a toddler, but it didn’t affect anything performance wise. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with, which made everything really simple. Pickup and drop-off were easy too but a little bit of a pain being off site. Car was tight with a car seat.

The turn app was not working properly, when returning the vehicle.
