Nice clean vehicle but the sensors for parking are soo loud and unable to be turned down so very over stimulating in LA when in reverse. Needed to request a child car seat since our travel car seat didn’t arrive in time - the car seat that came with vehicle seemed older, very used with some staining, very cheaply made and no expiration date to ensure safety.

From a logistics standpoint, proactive communication would have been easier regarding the car pickup location. I didn’t realize until the day of, when I landed, as I was instructed to do so, that it was offsite from the airport and needed to catch a shuttle from a random airport location to a random hotel. Ultimately it worked out but it was not simple with multiple people and luggage.
